Terms & Conditions – Third-Party Artists
This section applies to all bookings involving third-party artists (including but not limited to musicians, singers, dancers, acrobats, performers, and entertainers) provided through LeoShow.

1. Role of LeoShow
LeoShow operates as the primary service provider, coordinator, and contractual party for all bookings made through its platform or representatives.
All agreements, payments, and communications are handled exclusively through LeoShow, even when the performance is delivered by third-party artists.
The Client acknowledges that individual artists do not enter into direct contractual relationships with the Client.

2. Artist Selection & Substitution
LeoShow carefully selects artists based on professional standards, experience, and suitability for the event.
In the event that a specific artist becomes unavailable due to illness, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances, LeoShow reserves the right to:
• provide a suitable replacement artist of comparable quality and style, or
• offer an alternative solution agreed upon with the Client
Such substitution shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, provided the replacement meets professional standards.

3. Payments & Fees
All fees related to third-party artists are included in the quotation provided by LeoShow, unless otherwise specified.
Payments are made only to LeoShow, who is responsible for compensating the artists accordingly.
The Client shall not make direct payments, agreements, or additional arrangements with individual artists unless explicitly authorized in writing by LeoShow.

4. Cancellations Involving Third-Party Artists
Cancellation by LeoShow
If LeoShow must cancel a performance involving third-party artists due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Client will receive a refund in accordance with the general cancellation policy stated in the Terms, Payments & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation by the Client
If the Client cancels a booking involving third-party artists, the cancellation terms remain the same as outlined in the main cancellation policy.
However, the Client acknowledges that third-party artist availability is often secured in advance, and cancellation fees may reflect commitments already made.

5. Artist Conduct & Performance
LeoShow ensures that all artists perform in a professional manner consistent with the agreed service.
However, LeoShow shall not be held liable for:
• subjective preferences or artistic taste
• audience reactions
• venue-related limitations impacting performance
Artistic interpretation and performance style are considered part of the creative service.

6. Liability & Damages
Third-party artists perform under the coordination of LeoShow.
LeoShow is not responsible for damages, delays, or interruptions caused by:
• venue restrictions
• technical issues provided by third parties
• unsafe environments not disclosed prior to the event
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the performance space is safe and compliant.

7. Non-Solicitation of Artists
The Client agrees not to directly solicit, contract, or engage any third-party artist introduced through LeoShow for future events without prior written consent.
This restriction applies during and after the event.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking involving third-party artists, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in addition to the general Terms, Payments & Cancellation Policy.
