Terms, payments & cancellation policy

This page outlines the terms and conditions related to bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by LeoShow (“the Performer”, “we”, “us”).

 

By submitting a booking request, accepting a quote, and/or making any payment, the client (“the Client”, “you”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

 

 

1. Booking & Confirmation

 

All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed in writing and secured by payment.

 

To confirm a booking and reserve the event date, the Client is required to pay a 50% advance deposit of the total agreed quotation.

 

The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Dates are not reserved and no obligation exists until the deposit has been received.

 

 

2. Payments

 

All prices are agreed in advance and confirmed via written communication (email, invoice, or official quote).

 

Payments must be made using the payment method communicated during the booking process.

 

Failure to complete the required payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

 

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

3.1 Cancellation by LeoShow

 

In the unlikely event that LeoShow must cancel the performance due to illness, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Client will receive a full refund (100%) of all amounts paid.

 

No further compensation or liability shall apply beyond the refunded amount.

 

 

3.2 Cancellation by the Client

 

If the Client chooses to cancel the booking for any reason:

    •    The Client is entitled to a 90% refund of the total amount already paid

    •    10% of the paid amount is retained to cover administrative costs, planning time, and date reservation

 

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following written cancellation confirmation.

 

 

4. Changes to the Event

 

Any changes regarding:

    •    event date

    •    event time

    •    event location

    •    type of performance

 

must be communicated as soon as possible.

 

All changes are subject to availability and may require written confirmation or an updated quotation.

 

 

5. Travel & Accommodation

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, travel, accommodation, and related expenses are not included in the performance fee and may be charged separately.

 

 

6. Force Majeure

 

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    •    natural disasters

    •    government restrictions

    •    illness

    •    acts of God

    •    emergencies

 

In such cases, both parties agree to act in good faith to find a fair and reasonable solution.

 

 

7. Liability

 

Leoshow agrees to deliver the performance as described in the confirmed booking.

 

Leoshow shall not be held responsible for delays, disruptions, or damages caused by:

    •    venue limitations

    •    third-party service providers

    •    technical issues outside direct control

 

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the performance environment is safe and suitable.

 

 

8. Third-Party Artists (if applicable)

 

In cases where additional performers or artists are booked through LeoShow, all contractual agreements, payments, and responsibilities remain solely between the Client and LeoShow.

 

Leoshow acts as the primary service provider and coordinator for all performances.

 

 

9. Acceptance of Terms

 

By proceeding with a booking request, accepting a quotation, or making a payment, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms, Payments & Cancellation Policy.
